You will become an integral member of the Real Estate Operations team and crucial to the execution of our growth strategy
Manage a large number of daily customer inquiries, frequently leveraging other departments (like Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, Finance, etc.)
While this is an entry-level role, you will be working closely with the leadership team — therefore, you should be comfortable working at a fast pace and be willing to wear many hats
Engage with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Use data analysis & qualitative judgment skills to identify inefficiencies and improve daily operations
Assist in maintaining internal documentation (Google Docs, Excel, etc.), property management software & the other tools we use in our day-to-day work
Real Estate background preferred
Energetic self-starter, ideally brimming with bright ideas on how to better serve our customers
Enthusiastic and ambitious, with a desire to learn about content marketing, lead generation, and digital media
Ability to take ownership of regular tasks with minimal supervision and oversight
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results
You believe in nurturing an inclusive team environment, showing concern for the success and well-being of your teammates
Most importantly, you enjoy a challenge and have the willingness to ask questions
You are proficient with modern productivity software, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Google Sheets), Slack, etc.
Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in any related field and 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar role in real estate, hospitality, or retail industries
Attractive base salary
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary
Once eligible, team members may be eligible for Company’s equity incentive program
